At B-Low The Belt, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
